How is the market at Edgewater Isle?
 
Four closed escrows and three pending
sales in the first quarter of 2011 show
that the market is recovering and sales
prices are stabilizing. One of the closed
escrows took over nine months to pro-
cess, but Edgewater Isle South became
FHA approved as a result. This approval
opened up the pool for more buyers to
purchase at Edgewater Isle South.

How is the market at Edgewater Isle?
 
After only seven units sold in 2010,
there are five units now active on the
market—four of which came on in
January. Another unit became a pending
sale recently. This is a good start for
2011, so the market may be on the
rebound. Buyers are showing renewed
interest because open houses have been
well attended.
