When we first discussed putting our home on the market, Carrie advised us to move quickly before the market shifted. When we received offers for our home, Carrie helped us negotiate the best deal. Because Carrie has such a warm personality and is well connected in the real estate scene, she had a good working relationship with the buyer's agent. The two agents worked together smoothly to remove the contingencies on the home and finalize the sale.

Since we bought a house out of state, we even needed Carrie's assistance to seal that deal. Carrie put a packet together to assure our out-of-state sellers of our noncontingent offer. Here we felt she went the extra mile for us. Throughout the whole buying and selling experience, Carrie responded quickly to every phone call and kept us updated regularly. We were always a high priority to her.
